A Complete 3 Day Detox That Will Cleanse Your Body From Sugar, Help You Lose Weight And Boost Your Health

Sugar is difficult to avoid – it’s present in cookies and desserts as well as processed and junk food as well. Sugar is very harmful for our health, and besides weight gain, it can also cause obesity, heart disease, fatigue, depression and even certain types of cancer.

How is sugar related to weight gain?

Consuming sugar frequently can lead to fat being stored in the belly, face and arms which can look pretty unpleasant. Furthermore, sugar is highly addictive. Once you get used to it, it’s very difficult to throw sugar cravings off. If you try, you will feel tired and weak, unable to do your daily chores.
